New York Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP)

Local school districts are required to provide a form to parents on which to submit an Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP).

However, many school districts provide forms which seek information other than what is specified in the regulation. In this instance, HSLDA recommends using the IHIP form we have developed, found below.
