Mississippi Sample Letter of Withdrawal from Public School to Homeschool

We recommend that you follow the withdrawal procedure of the school your child is currently attending unless you believe the school’s withdrawal procedure is unreasonable or overly burdensome, in which case you should mail this letter “Certified Mail—Return Receipt Requested” to the principal of the public school your child is currently attending, keeping a copy of the letter for your records.
