If you want to be eligible for TOPS Scholarships, you need to demonstrate that your student was in an approved home study program for the last two years of high school. Reporting online directly through the Louisiana Department of Education will be the easiest way for your student to establish the fact of your reporting and potentially qualify for the TOPS Scholarships.
