If you'd like to withdraw your child to homeschool, either under the private school or private tutor options, you can use the respective form below.

California Letter of Withdrawal for Certified Private Tutors

If you are withdrawing from public school during the school year, and you will be operating a home education program via the certified tutor option, fill out this letter and mail it Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested to the principal of the public school your child is currently attending. Do not use this form if you are filing the Private School Affidavit or joining a Private School Satellite Program (PSP).
