Ralph Rodriguez, Esq.

Attorney

Ralph is a native New Yorker and lives there with his wife, Briana, and daughter, Katherine.

Though not homeschooled themselves, Ralph and Briana are excited to homeschool Katherine and any other children the Lord blesses them with.

Prior to working for HSLDA, Ralph served as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom where he developed a strong passion for various causes of freedom, including the right to homeschool one’s children. He began his legal career with ADF at the United Nations where he advised delegations on matters related to life, family, religious liberty, and parental rights. He then served ADF’s Church and Ministry Alliance by advising Christian ministries on their constitutional rights and religious liberty freedoms.

Ralph earned his J.D. at New York Law School in New York City while also working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he provided administrative and tactical support for investigators in the counterterrorism division. He is admitted to the bar in New York.

Ralph enjoys serving his lifelong church community in Manhattan and serves as one of the worship leaders and occasional Bible study facilitator.
