Is HSLDA politically active?
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, HSLDA does not directly or indirectly participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.
However, HSLDA engages in the legislative process by monitoring homeschool-related legislation, testifying as needed, and asking our members to take action on legislation when appropriate.
