Below is HSLDA’s notice of intent form, as well as the Home Education Application Form that the Virgin Islands Board of Education created when the Board sought to adopt revised regulations in 2016.
The Board considers its form valid, but we do not consider it valid under the legitimate 1998 homeschool regulations. Instead, we encourage our members to use our form, which is valid under the 1998 regulations.
