Homeschooling parents have several options when it comes to providing high school transcripts for their teens. Some use a transcript service or software.
Others enroll their teen in an umbrella school or other oversight program that provides transcripts as part of its services. (Read more about these options here.)
And other parents use their home computer to design and print a transcript themselves! If you’re that intrepid type, we’ve made your job a little easier with these four free templates that anyone with an HSLDA.org account can download to their computers and fill out. Note: The templates work optimally in Windows on a desktop. (And our educational consultants are here to help—they can answer questions, review your teen’s transcript, and even check your GPA calculations! Contact them here.)
First, you’ll need to decide whether the yearly or subject format is appropriate for your student, and then choose the final-grade or semester-grade option.
