| PICC (LEAH) Supports & Services is the Special Needs/Struggling Learner ministry of Homeschool New York. PICC access requires membership in Homeschool New York and payment of the PICC Annual Access Fee. PICC provides struggling learner / special needs support and consults, quarterly virtual support meetings and Special Topic Workshops, Confidential Facebook Group, Special Needs Homeschool Friendly Provider Database, Lending Library (Loan fees and deposits apply), PICC Testing Services (Test administration/report fees apply), PICC Intervention Programs (Program administration and other fees apply), and support emails.
