| Because of our size, we are able to provide valuable information, connections, and events. Each year, our area has various events (bees, clubs, co-ops, book sales, field trips, etc.). Some are long-standing; some come and go. It depends on the need, interest, and willing leaders. We also provide a bulletin board feature for people to ask about and share information regarding non-homeschool related topics. This allows us to become a community of people who really help each other in general. It is especially valuable for people relocating to the area. Finally, though many homeschool families have completed their studies, we encourage them to stay with us and contribute to our discussions. Once an NHCHer, always an NHCHer! | |||
