| Heartland Home Schoolers exists to connect home schooling families in the greater Lincoln, Nebraska area with each other and quality educational and social opportunities within the community. We host numerous events throughout the year to bring our families together and enrich our home schooling experiences. We have access to a private website for posting classified ads, engaging in forum discussions, viewing the events calendar, etc. Each Friday all members receive weekly update emails about our events as well as all sorts of local homeschool and community opportunities. A yearly fee of $20/family ensures that we can pay for our organization's website, the insurance that all host buildings require we carry, and the funds needed to provide quality events. Our volunteer-run, non-profit organization has open membership for all homeschooling families in our area, regardless of religious beliefs, knowing that the HHS leadership abides by and operates according to Biblical principles. | |||
