At this time Northern Kentucky is not enforcing a mask mandate, nor is the Cincinnati area.
Marriott Cincinnati Airport and Ark Encounter
Neither the conference hotel nor Ark Encounter require guests to wear masks.
Conference Procedures
The hotel is following enhanced cleaning procedures for individual rooms and conference event rooms. Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the hotel. Attendees more comfortable in masks are welcome to wear them.
If You Begin Displaying COVID-19 Symptoms
If you or any member of your family attending the conference begin to display symptoms of COVID-19 during or after the event, please email the following information to conference@hslda.org:
- The symptoms you or your family member are experiencing
- The names of anyone you or your family member were in close contact with during the event
For the health of your fellow attendees, we will inform any pertinent individuals of a possible exposure. We will do our best to keep your identity confidential.
