HSLDA’s Technology department is seeking an IT professional who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. As a full stack developer, you will develop and maintain functional and streamlined applications and integrations, creating a seamless user experience from server-side logic to the user interface.

What You Will Do

  • Develop new applications and integrations and improve existing ones.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing key operational support.
  • Write clean, maintainable code.
  • Scrum team in two-week sprints using Salesforce DevOps, a Git repository, and collaborative SDLC for agile development of quality software solutions.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
  • Document code, processes, and configurations to support collaboration and future maintenance.
  • Increase your technical acumen, stay updated with technology trends, and share technical innovations. 
  • Work within HSLDA standards, practices, and software stacks.
  • Occasionally provide support outside of standard business hours.

What You Will Bring

  • At least three years of serious web development experience; IT or CS degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in front end and back-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform development preferred.
  • Technical competence and experience with C #, Python, Sitefinity, XML/JSON, IIS/SMTP, web services, API's, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular, Mobile Responsive HTML5, and/or CSS is preferred.
  • Data schema design and user focused UX/UI design experience preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development.
  • Self-motivation and the analytical problem-solving skills required to identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
