HSLDA is a 501(c)(3) organization, contributions to which are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Georgia

Upon request, the Home School Legal Defense Association will provide a full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation campaign is being carried out and a financial statement or summary which is consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State.

Maryland

New York

Upon request, a copy of the Home School Legal Defense Association’s description of programs and activities for which contributions are solicited, and/or a copy of the Home School Legal Defense Association’s last annual report filed with the Department of State is available from the Home School Legal Defense Association or from the Attorney General’s Charities Bureau’s Website—www.charitiesnys.com. West Virginia

The Home School Legal Defense Association of Purcellville, Virginia, a 501(c)(3) organization, carries out the solicitation of funds to be used for advocating for home education freedom, parental rights, and religious freedom. A financial statement of the charitable organization disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue, and expenses for the preceding fiscal year will be provided to any person upon request.
