Yalitza Vesco

Bilingual Legal Assistant

Yalitza Vesco is a first-generation Cuban American who was born and raised in Florida. She attended public school K-12 but credits her parents for supplementing her educational experience at home. Yalitza double majored in political science and philosophy at Florida International University. She then obtained her Juris Doctor at Florida International University College of Law. She is currently licensed to practice law in Florida.  
 
Yalitza serves as a legal assistant at HSLDA and assists Spanish-speaking members in all states. She is passionate about defending the freedom of parents to raise and educate their children.
 
She and her husband, Robert, homeschool their two daughters. She spends most of her spare time enjoying outdoor activities with her very active family.
