HSLDA Online Academy is looking for a Customer Experience Aide to assist the Operations Manager with customer service, surveys, Learning Management System administration, and other program tasks.
This is a part-time position, located on-site in our Purcellville VA office. This role involves 10+ hours per week during the school year and 20–40 hours per week in the summer.
What You Will Do
- Provide customer and teacher support and service via phone, email, and the Learning Management System
- Help with the implementation of annual updates and set up course materials in the Learning Management System
- Assist the Academics team with posting weekly live class recordings
- Review website and course material for quality, accuracy, and presentation
- Conduct research projects under the direction of the Operations Manager
- Assist the Operations Manager with other tasks as assigned
- Keep a daily log of completed tasks and accomplishments

- Being a committed Christian and supportive of HSLDA’s mission to help homeschooling families
- Experience interacting with customers through phone, email, and web-conference communication strongly preferred
- Experience with multiple forms of education (e.g. public/private school, homeschool, in-person co-ops, AP testing, online education, etc.) preferred
- Prior office experience preferred
