Did you know there’s a new way you can submit your question to our legal or educational consultant teams, no matter what time of day or day of the week?

Now, as long as your membership is active, you can log into your online profile and click on “Get Legal Help” or “Get Educational Help.” You’ll be walked through a quick wizard that will allow you to submit your question along with any pertinent documentation that you may need to upload. It’s that simple!

Our staff will then follow up with you during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM Eastern time.

Don’t see the “Get Legal Help” or “Get Educational Help” options? Here are a couple of possibilities:

  1. Check your membership status to ensure that it’s active. If it’s not, it’s easy to reactivate! 
  2. Ensure that you are logging in with the email address that’s connected to your active membership account. Remember, we can store only one email address per person, and that email address functions as your username.
