All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the donation will not be processed.
Refunds may be offered within 30 days at the request of the donor. Please contact our affiliate, iDonate, at email@example.com or 877-410-4431 to request a refund.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org or 540-338-5600. We will look into each case individually, though we cannot offer a guarantee of resolution.
