High School at Home for All Teens: Discover the Possibilities!Dear HSLDA Members and Friends:
Is high school looming on your horizon or are you already there? In either case, we are here to support and train you for teaching during the high school years with gusto!
HSLDA’s high school consultants Carol Becker and Diane Kummer, and special needs consultants Faith Berens and Krisa Winn, offer homeschool parents a one-day symposium to answer your questions, lay your worries to rest, and restore your enthusiasm for teaching your teens at home. The event takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Purcellville, VA.
New this year is a breakout session for families with struggling learners or students with special needs. We’ll also discuss Common Core and its effect on the revised SAT (to be introduced in 2016).
We’ve thrown in a good dose of encouragement and some fun. Invite your spouse, a friend, or fellow support group member to attend with you.
Registration is now open. Seating is limited, so check out all of the details and make plans to join us.
While attending the symposium, you can take advantage of our special HSLDA membership discounts*
*Please note that these offers are only valid at the event.
Looking forward to equipping and encouraging you,
Carol Becker and Diane Kummer
Faith Berens and Krisa Winn
