Calling Homeschool Scientists:
Special Invitation to USA X-STEM Symposium

The organizers of the USA Science & Engineering Festival are extending a special invitation for homeschool students to attend the annual USA X-STEM Symposium. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register your family as soon as possible. The cost to attend is $20/person, although homeschool and military families can register with the code X-STEM7 to bring up to 7 free attendees.

The festival will offer over 3,000 hands-on science exhibits, workshops, and performances. Many of the nation’s leading science, engineering, and academic organizations will participate in the festival and expo. The organizers of this event have specifically extended several exciting invitations to homeschoolers.

When: Thursday, April 14–17, 2016.

Where: Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

What: X-STEM is a “TED-style” conference for kids on all things STEM related.

Who Should Attend: X-STEM Symposium talks and workshops are tailored for middle and high school level students (grades 6–12) with a strong interest in STEM.

How to Attend: Homeschool families and students have been specifically invited by the organizers of this event. You will have the ability to customize your X-STEM Symposium experience by selecting talks and workshops, which best suits your child’s interest.
