Last Updated: May 16, 2012
Senate Bill 622: Permits Nonpublic School Students to Dual Enroll in Postsecondary Institutions
Senator Judy Emmons

This bill would expand dual enrollment of public school students in postsecondary institutions to include nonpublic school students. Since some home instruction by parents is done through nonpublic schools, these students would be eligible for the dual enrollment. The bill makes no mention of the expenditure of state funds for these students.
