House Bill 1208: Defines "Curriculum Description" as List of Subjects (Companion to Senate Bill 564)
Delegate Brenda Pogge

This bill clarifies the definition of the curriculum description that families providing home instruction must submit. Currently, many school districts interpret this term in dramatically different fashions, causing unnecessary confusion and extra work for homeschoolers. This bill will provide a remedy for this situation by narrowly defining a curriculum description as a list of subjects.
