Senate Bill 419: Return of Juvenile to Home

Summary:

This bill sets forth that when a child subject to the court’s jurisdiction remains in home, is removed from home, or under care and supervision of agency, at the review hearing the child is to be returned to custody of parent if the return wouldn’t cause substantial risk of harm to the child.
