Senate Bill 250: Immunization Exemptions

Summary:

This bill specifically states that immunization exemptions (whether medical, religious, or personal) do not have to be on a form by the board of health, CDPHE, or another entity and may simply be a letter from the medical professional (medical exemption) or parent (religious and personal exemptions).
