Summary:

This state school aid omnibus maintains current language that if a resident district subscribes to Michigan Virtual School Services, a homeschooled or nonpublic school student can access those services without any charge beyond what a public school student would pay. It also states that a parent may enroll a homeschooled student in a public school curricular offering subject to the public school pupil requirement.
