Summary:

This bill rewords the definition of homeschool for purposes of public school access: "'nonpublic school' means a school, church or religious organization, or home school located in the state wherein a resident of Minnesota may legally fulfill the compulsory instruction requirements of section 120A.22." It also expands to allowed shared time enrollment for classes.
