Summary:

This bill provides for concurrent enrollment revisions allowing a high school and college to agree to offer developmental courses (but no postsecondary credit may be granted for those courses). It requires the state colleges to establish a supplemental instruction program to minimize the number of students placed in developmental noncredit courses. Reports for the supplemental instruction program must include the name of a student's high school or whether the student received a GED or was homeschooled.
