Summary:

This omnibus bill includes the current language regarding a nonpublic/homeschool student taking a class at the public school and requires the education department to publish a form detailing each health/safety/welfare requirement that a nonpublic school must comply with. (It doesn't create new requirements.) It also clarifies that a nonpublic school seeking reimbursement from the state on the costs to comply with the mandated state health, safety, welfare laws must do so using a specific form.
