All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the donation will not be processed.

Refund/Return Policy

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: donations@hslda.org or 540-338-8688. We will look into each case individually, though we cannot offer a guarantee of resolution.
