Since our last update on Thursday, HSLDA has had additional discussions with the Colorado Attorney General’s office regarding the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s immunization exemption form, which we contend violates the First Amendment rights of those seeking to exercise their lawful right to an exemption under state law.
