Supreme Court: Civil Rights Commission had no Jurisdiction on Claim against Support Group
Last week, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled 4–1 that a support group that had allegedly failed to accommodate a homeschooled student’s disability at an All Souls’ Day dinner had not broken Indiana’s Civil Rights Code.
