If you have been listening to the news, you will know that Harvard announced they are doing away with their early decision policy beginning the Fall of 2007. (Early decision means the earlier you submit your application, the earlier you will hear back regarding the admission decision.) Other universities are following suit so you may wish to check to see whether your colleges of choice are doing the same.
