Here are a few simple instructions for saving the stamps: · Carefully trim the stamps from the envelopes leaving a ¼” border around them. · Do not soak the stamps off the paper. · Do not bundle the stamps with paper clips, rubber bands, or saran wrap. · · Do not send metered postage or pre-printed stamps on envelopes.
