Mike Smith:
Ricci Black, coordinator of the Home School Foundation’s Ambassador Program is with us today. Ricci, thanks for joining us!
Ricci Black:
I’m delighted to be here.
Mike:
Ricci, would you briefly catch our listeners up to speed. What is the Ambassador Program, exactly?
Ricci:
Well, Mike, it’s a volunteer opportunity for folks to represent HSF where they live, and help homeschool families in crisis situations in personal, tangible ways. Ambassadors are the voice, eyes, and ears of HSF. They offer compassionate assistance in communities for homeschool families who are in crisis, with the support of HSF.
Mike:
What’s one thing the Ambassadors are doing now, Ricci?
Ricci:
Our state and community ambassadors are excited about gearing up to represent HSF for the combined federal campaign workplace giving season from September to December. For listeners who will be participating in these events, our CFC number is 10535.
Mike:
We’ll hear more about the ways that HSF Ambassadors are blessing the homeschool community next time! And until then, I’m Mike Smith.
