Pray for families committed to caring for elderly relatives while homeschooling. Ask the Lord to sustain them with the joy, support, and resources needed to continue their caregiving and homeschooling journeys. (See cover story.)

Thank the Lord for success in clearing up misunderstandings with local officials about state laws on home education. Pray for wisdom for HSLDA attorneys as they help homeschooling families with filing paperwork, correcting mistakes made by school officials, and handling social worker contacts, and ask for peace for the families encountering these challenges. (See Across the States.)

Pray for the Loudermilk family as HSLDA appeals their case to the Supreme Court. (See Special Feature.)

Lift up new staff attorney Peter Kamakawiwoole as he joins HSLDA’s legal team, assisting with litigation, handling cases, and defending parental rights. (See Special Feature.)

Praise Him for faithful homeschooling families, organizations, and leaders throughout the world. Pray for the planning of the Global Home Education Conference 2012, which will attract international leaders and legislators. (See Around the Globe.)

Thank God for military families who make sacrifices in order to defend our freedom and for the homeschool leaders and families who have made the Home School Foundation’s new Military Fund possible through their donations and prayers. (See From the Heart.)
