Prayer & Praise Previous Page Next Page
- disclaimer -

Pray that as homeschooling continues to demonstrate its educational effectiveness, homeschooled students will gain increased acceptance and opportunities in every arena, including athletics. Ask that parents would wisely cultivate their teens’ talents as they homeschool them through high school. (See cover story.)

Rejoice in God’s intervention on behalf of homeschoolers in social worker contacts, illegal requests from school districts, and hostile legislation. Continue to pray for protection and guidance for homeschoolers around the country. (See Across the States.)

Praise God for the growth of homeschooling in Korea, and for ministries like Family Mission International that serve new homeschooling families. Lift up Korean parents who are teaching their children at home and for the experienced homeschoolers who are reaching out to them. (See Around the Globe.)

Thank God for the generous donors who make the Home School Foundation’s Patrick Henry College Scholarship Fund available to potential PHC students. Pray that God will continue to bless this fund, our donors, and the families who receive support. (See From the Heart.)

Lift up homeschooling families as they begin a new school year. Ask God to give extra wisdom, strength, and encouragement to parents homeschooling for the first time.

Pray for our ongoing and pending cases. Uphold the Durham family as their case is appealed to federal district court, and remember the six families involved in Pennsylvania’s RFPA cases. (See Active Cases.)

Remember Patrick Henry College as its administration, faculty, and students settle into a new school year. Pray for the freshman class as they begin a new phase in their lives, and ask God to bless all of the students with wisdom and strength. (See About Campus.)

In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.
