5/27/2010 (10:15 PM EST): Parenting Questions on Your Mind? Ask John Rosemond!
Got questions about child behavior? What is the most effective discipline method? Does the Bible have specific advice about raising children and being a godly parent that will work in the 21st century?
Well, get ready for answers during this e-vent! John Rosemond—father, grandfather, parenting expert, and syndicated author—will be joining us for an e-vent focused entirely on answering your questions! John is a family psychologist with more than 35 years experience working with parents to improve the quality of life in their families and promotes a traditional approach to raising children.
Join John as he helps you to see through the muddy water (sometimes known as parenting advice) to find the best way to raise your children.
To ask your question ahead of time and hear the answer on the e-vent, send an email to webinars@hslda.org containing your clear, concise question. Be sure to include “John Rosemond Q&A” in the subject line!
Note: Emails must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 26. Questions will be selected for answer based on a number of factors including the nature of the problem, the seriousness of the problem, and the length of the question, with shorter questions being given priority. Also, if a similar question has already been asked and answered, the latter question may not be answered.

1/27/2011 (9PM EST): Parenting by the Book
If you think that child rearing has never been this complicated, think again. Maybe we’re making parenting harder than it ought to be! It has been noted that parenting, since the 1960s, has become based on behavior modification instead of on commonsense biblical principles. Join us as John Rosemond, family psychologist, writer, speaker, and father, points out the ways in which Postmodern Psychology Parenting has slowly but surely changed the way parents raise their children, and not for the better! Make sure to attend this e-vent as John shares a wealth of information with you, presenting a countercultural model for parenting based on one time-tested book—the Bible.
