Q. I am logged in, but I do not hear any sound. What do I do?
Answer. Double-check with the host to see if the e•vent has started. If so, click on the Communicate tab at the top of your screen and select Join or Rejoin Audio Broadcast. Unfortunately, audio issues are generally due to internet speed, but rejoining the broadcast should fix your problem.
